West | Newborn

I was hired to document this beautiful family and their new addition in North Carolina. The session started off with a wide awake baby boy. We were able to get some great shots of him looking straight at the camera. But after a quick feeding and snuggle session with his mama, West was sound asleep for the rest of the session. We were even able to get some shot of him with his big fur sister. (always a favorite of mine to get!)

With the session being about 3 hrs away, in a town we had yet to visit, we decided to make a mini get away of it. So we packed tightly packed our 4 kiddos and a car full of props, blankets, wraps, etc. and had an awesome weekend! If you ever find yourself in Winston-Salem, we HIGHLY recommend trying Bad Daddy’s Burger Bar *chef’s kiss*

Chelsey | Maternity

I absolutely loved working with Chelsey Justin and during their maternity session. One of the special things about these photos is the location - Chelsey asked if I could travel to their property for the session. This is the same property they were married on a year ago. I can’t believe their sweet baby will be here in just a couple short weeks. And guess who will be documenting his arrival?! I can’t wait!
