"Professional baby whisperer and snuggler"

I am a natural light photographer located in Redfield NY and available for travel.

My interest in photography began as a middle schooler with a Myspace album titled “photography <3.” I sure do wish I had that old login information.. Anyway, where it truly began was 11 years ago with the birth of my first daughter. Newborn photography was a fairly new luxury and my husband and I were just 17 years old. Even then, I knew it was something worth investing in. I was completely in awe during the entire session and dreamt of what an amazing job that would be. “OK Heather, snap back to reality.” I started school that fall at Crouse Hospital College of Nursing. Babies have always been my jam so I planned on working as a labor and delivery nurse, maybe even continuing my education and becoming a midwife. Despite my original plans, a typical daily trek to Syracuse for class turned in to an earth-shattering day for me and our new little family. Back and pelvis shattering actually. I spent several months wheelchair-bound and was not sure I would be able to return to the clinical life of being on foot for so many hours at a time. Long story short - it was a second chance not only at life but to think about my true passions and MAKE that dream MY reality. I began my business in March of 2013 and have photographed hundreds of bumps, births and babies since. God is good!

I'm a mother to 4 beautiful children; the lights of my life that I can't imagine living without. I'm also a wife to my incredibly supportive husband. The five of them are my inspiration and have truly helped me understand the value and infinite importance of photography.

I have always been a creative soul - Dance, sing, craft, you name it.
I am a TOTAL foodie.
Chances are the next session you have with me, I will have a different hair color.
I am very competitive when it comes to games of any sort (Which I love playing for the record!).
I enjoy snowboarding but I’m not that good at it -unless, of course, you count falling and sliding down on your bottom as good.. then I’m great!
I love a good craft beer!
